Stop guessing. Get a clear roadmap to AI-powered operations.
A fixed-scope diagnostic that maps your current operations, identifies the highest-ROI AI and automation opportunities, and delivers a prioritized 12-month roadmap with build cost estimates.
Built for operations leaders who are done guessing.
Not every business needs this audit. Here's who it's actually built for — and who should book a Discovery Call instead.
COO / Head of Operations
You know your operations are leaking time and money. You have multiple tools that don't talk to each other. You need a clear plan — not another vendor pitching another tool.
Founder / CEO
You're scaling past 10–50 employees and operational chaos is becoming a growth ceiling. You need a strategic roadmap to fix this before the next hire or the next client makes it worse.
Operations Manager
You're the one who actually runs the systems. You need expert eyes on your stack, a quantified opportunity map, and ammunition to bring to leadership for budget.
Who this is NOT for
- • Companies under 10 employees — book a Discovery Call for a focused Quick Win project instead
- • Teams without a clear decision-maker on operational investments
- • Anyone in "just exploring" mode without a real timeline to fix things

Common questions
How is this different from your free Discovery Call?
The Discovery Call is a 30-minute qualification conversation. The Audit is 10 business days of structured work producing a 12–18 page roadmap, two stakeholder workshops, and ROI projections. Different product, different purpose. Discovery is free because it qualifies fit — the Audit is paid because it produces deliverables.
What if I don't proceed to a Build engagement after?
You keep the full roadmap. You can execute it internally, hand it to another vendor, or use it as a strategic planning document. The audit fee is yours — the value of the roadmap is yours.
Can we just buy the audit without committing to anything else?
Yes. Most of our audit clients do work with us afterward, but there's no obligation. The audit is its own product with its own deliverable.
Who runs the audit — Chris or a team member?
Chris Neuwirth leads every audit personally. Stakeholder interviews, analysis, and the final presentation are all done by Chris. Operational support (data gathering, document formatting) is handled by the team.
What if you find things we already knew?
You'll get a refund of the audit fee if our findings don't include at least 5 quantified opportunities you weren't already actively planning. Quantified means: hours/month saved, € impact, or % improvement — not just "you should automate this."
What size company is this designed for?
Best fit: 10–150 employees, services-based businesses, with a budget for operational systems improvement (typically €15K+ available for Build engagements). Below 10 employees, a focused Quick Win project usually serves you better.
How quickly can we start?
Audits typically kick off within 7–10 days of payment received. We run a maximum of 4 audits per month to ensure Chris's direct involvement in each one — so timing depends on current capacity.
